Youngstown is a city in Northeast Ohio and the county seat of Mahoning County, situated along the Mahoning River. Historically known as a major industrial hub for steel production, it is the eleventh-most populous city in Ohio. Today, it is home to Youngstown State University and serves as the anchor of the Mahoning Valley region.
