The Unidentified Anomalous Phenomena Disclosure Act (UAPDA) is a piece of United States federal legislation proposed to mandate the systematic collection, review, and public disclosure of government records related to unidentified anomalous phenomena (UAPs). Originally introduced by Senators Chuck Schumer and Mike Rounds, key provisions were integrated into the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) for Fiscal Year 2024.
