Sinclair Interplanetary is a Toronto-based developer and manufacturer of spacecraft hardware, specializing in reaction wheels and star trackers for small satellites. Founded in 2001 by Doug Sinclair, the company was acquired by Rocket Lab in April 2020 to strengthen its satellite components and space systems division.
