North America's Building Trades Unions (NABTU), formally the Building and Construction Trades Department, is an AFL–CIO trade department representing 14 affiliated labor unions in the building and construction trades. Founded in 1907, it advocates for construction workers and coordinates the interests of its affiliated unions.
