EssilorLuxottica is a Franco-Italian vertically integrated multinational corporation that designs, produces, and markets ophthalmic lenses, optical equipment, prescription glasses, and sunglasses. It was established in 2018 through the merger of the French ophthalmic optics company Essilor and the Italian eyewear giant Luxottica.
