Artemis II was a crewed lunar flyby and the first crewed mission of NASA’s Artemis program. Conducted from April 1–11, 2026, it was the first crewed flight beyond low Earth orbit since Apollo 17 and the first crewed flight of both the Space Launch System and Orion spacecraft.
