William Schaffner

William Schaffner is an American physician and infectious-disease researcher who is Professor of Preventive Medicine and Professor of Medicine at Vanderbilt University School of Medicine. He is known for his work in infectious diseases and has served as medical director of the National Foundation for Infectious Diseases.
