The Toronto Raptors are a Canadian professional basketball team based in Toronto. They compete in the National Basketball Association (NBA) as a member of the Eastern Conference's Atlantic Division and play their home games at Scotiabank Arena. Founded in 1995 as part of the NBA's expansion into Canada, the franchise won its first NBA championship in 2019.
