A randomized, double-blind, double-sham controlled trial investigating the effects of progressive resistance training and computerized cognitive training on older adults with mild cognitive impairment. The study demonstrated that high-intensity resistance training significantly improves global cognitive function, with benefits maintained over 18 months.
