Summer Kristine Mersinger is an American attorney and business executive who serves as chief executive officer of the Blockchain Association, a Washington, D.C.-based nonprofit trade association focused on cryptocurrency and blockchain policy. She previously served as a commissioner of the U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission.
