Stroke
Topic
A stroke is a medical condition in which blood flow to a part of the brain is reduced or blocked, causing cell death. The two main types of stroke are ischemic, which is caused by a lack of blood flow, and hemorrhagic, which is caused by bleeding in the brain. Both types prevent parts of the brain from functioning properly and require immediate medical attention.
