Skinwalker Ranch, previously known as Sherman Ranch, is a 512-acre property located southeast of Ballard, Utah. It is famous for being the reputed site of numerous paranormal, supernatural, and UFO-related activities. The ranch's name is derived from the skin-walker, a malevolent shape-shifting witch in Navajo legend.
