Skin cancer
Topic
Skin cancers are cancers that arise from the skin, occurring when abnormal skin cells grow uncontrollably to form malignant tumors. The primary cause of skin cancer is prolonged exposure to ultraviolet (UV) radiation from the sun or tanning devices. It is the most commonly diagnosed form of cancer in humans, with the three main types being basal-cell skin cancer, squamous-cell skin cancer, and melanoma.
