Scott Barry Kaufman is an American cognitive scientist and humanistic psychologist whose work focuses on intelligence, creativity, personality, and human potential. He is the founder and director of the Center for Human Potential and has taught at Columbia University, New York University, and the University of Pennsylvania. Kaufman is also an author, podcaster, coach, and popular science writer.
