A post-work economy, or post-work society, is a theoretical economic and social framework in which the nature of labor is radically transformed and traditional employment becomes largely obsolete. This shift is typically envisioned as a result of technological advancements, such as automation and artificial intelligence, which eliminate the necessity of human labor for production.
