Phencyclidine (PCP), also known as angel dust or sherm, is a dissociative anesthetic drug primarily used recreationally for its potent mind-altering effects. It can cause hallucinations, distorted perceptions of sounds, and severe psychotic behavior. The substance is typically smoked, but can also be taken orally, snorted, or injected.
