Göran Ola Tunander is a Swedish research professor emeritus at the Peace Research Institute Oslo (PRIO) in Norway. He is known for his work on security politics, naval strategy, submarine operations, geopolitics, dual states, and psychological operations, and has written and edited books and articles on these subjects.
