Norm Chow is an American football coach and former player known for developing quarterbacks and serving as an offensive coordinator at several major college and professional programs. He won the 2002 Broyles Award as the nation’s top collegiate assistant coach and was head football coach at the University of Hawaii at Manoa from 2011 to 2015.
