Topic
MM120 (also known as DT120 or lysergide D-tartrate) is an investigational, pharmacologically optimized formulation of lysergic acid diethylamide (LSD) developed by Definium Therapeutics (formerly MindMed). It is a non-selective serotonin receptor agonist and classic psychedelic being evaluated in clinical trials for the treatment of generalized anxiety disorder (GAD) and major depressive disorder (MDD). In 2024, the United States Food and Drug Administration (FDA) designated MM120 as a breakthrough therapy for GAD.
