Michael Pollan is an American journalist, author, and professor known for his writing on food, agriculture, plants, and psychedelics. He is a professor at Harvard University and the Knight Professor of Science and Environmental Journalism at the University of California, Berkeley, where he cofounded the Center for the Science of Psychedelics.
