Marion Nestle is an American molecular biologist, nutritionist, and public health advocate who is Paulette Goddard Professor of Nutrition, Food Studies, and Public Health Emerita at New York University. Her work examines the scientific and socioeconomic influences on food choice, obesity, food safety, and food marketing, and she is known for her writing on food policy and nutrition.
