Horten Ho 229
Topic
The Horten Ho 229 was a German prototype fighter-bomber designed by Reimar and Walter Horten and built by Gothaer Waggonfabrik during the late stages of World War II. It was a highly advanced, experimental aircraft and one of the earliest flying wing designs to be powered by jet engines. Although it never entered full operational service, its revolutionary aerodynamic shape has made it a landmark in aviation history.
