by Robert J. Waldinger, George E. Vaillant, Arlie Bock · 1938
The Harvard Study of Adult Development (incorporating the Grant Study and the Glueck Study) is one of the world's longest-running longitudinal studies of adult life. Initiated in 1938, it has tracked the physical and mental health of hundreds of men from various backgrounds over their entire adult lives to identify the key predictors of healthy aging and happiness.
