Grand Prairie is a city in the U.S. state of Texas, located across Dallas, Tarrant, and Ellis counties, with a small portion extending into Johnson County. It is part of the Mid-Cities region of the Dallas–Fort Worth metropolitan area and had a population of 196,100 in the 2020 census.
