Giga Texas, officially Gigafactory Texas, is a Tesla automotive manufacturing facility in unincorporated Travis County, Texas, just outside Austin. Construction began in 2020; the facility produces Tesla vehicles including the Model Y and Cybertruck and also serves as Tesla’s global headquarters.
