Freeloader, Inc. was an early internet startup and web-casting pioneer founded in 1995 by Mark Pincus and Sunil Paul. The company developed a popular offline browser and push technology service that automatically downloaded web pages and multimedia content to a user's hard drive for faster offline viewing. In 1996, just months after its launch, Freeloader was acquired by Individual Inc. for $38 million.
