Edmund Soon-Weng Yong is a British-American science journalist and author known for his work at The Atlantic. He received the 2021 Pulitzer Prize for Explanatory Reporting for his coverage of the COVID-19 pandemic and is the author of the bestselling books An Immense World and I Contain Multitudes.
