The "Do You Talk Too Much?" test, scientifically known as the Talkaholic Scale (TAS), is a self-report psychological instrument designed to measure compulsive communication. Developed by communication researchers, it uses a series of Likert-scale questions to identify individuals who are aware of their tendencies to consistently over-communicate.
