The Game of Dungeons, commonly known as dnd, is an early computer role-playing game released in 1975 on the PLATO system. Created by Gary Whisenhunt and Ray Wood, it is one of the earliest role-playing video games and was heavily inspired by the tabletop game Dungeons & Dragons.
