The "dancing Israelis" is an antisemitic conspiracy theory and trope alleging that five Israeli men arrested in New Jersey on September 11, 2001, had prior knowledge of the terrorist attacks and were celebrating as the Twin Towers burned. The men, who worked for a moving company, were detained and investigated by the FBI for over two months before being deported for visa violations, with no evidence linking them to the attacks. The incident has since been widely used by conspiracy theorists to falsely claim Israeli or Mossad involvement in 9/11.
