The Center for AI Standards and Innovation (CAISI) is a U.S. government organization within the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST). It works with industry and other partners to evaluate advanced artificial intelligence systems, develop AI safety and security testing capabilities, and support standards and innovation for trustworthy AI.
