Carvykti is a personalized chimeric antigen receptor T-cell (CAR-T) therapy for adults with multiple myeloma. It is made from a patient’s own T cells, genetically modified to target B-cell maturation antigen (BCMA), and returned as a one-time infusion to help eliminate myeloma cells.
