Ben Rich was an American engineer and the second director of Lockheed's Skunk Works, succeeding its founder, Kelly Johnson. Under his leadership, the division developed pioneering stealth aircraft, including the F-117 Nighthawk. He is also known for co-authoring the book "Skunkworks," which details his career and the legendary aerospace development program.
