Arctic Silencers are a family of aftermarket graphics-card coolers made to replace noisy or inadequate stock GPU heatsink-and-fan assemblies. They use a low-noise fan and ducted heatsink design to cool the graphics processor and, on many models, exhaust heated air from the computer case; the family included model-specific versions for ATI and NVIDIA cards.
