Sociopathy
Topic
Sociopathy is a term commonly used to describe antisocial personality disorder (ASPD), a mental health condition characterized by a chronic pattern of disregard for the rights, feelings, and well-being of others. Individuals with this condition often exhibit behaviors that deviate from social norms, including impulsivity, deceitfulness, and a lack of empathy or remorse. While "sociopathy" is not a formal clinical diagnosis in modern diagnostic manuals, it is widely recognized as a subset or synonym of ASPD.
