The brief

The investigation then turns to LifeSurge, whose Ohio State event paired religious programming and aggressive sales tactics with appearances by Buckeye figures.
Torre and Byrnes question whether athletes were used as bait for financially vulnerable attendees, and what responsibility belongs to the university and advisers.
Urban Meyer’s role as an unpaid officer of the Tim Tebow Foundation adds a consequential connection to LifeSurge’s sports-and-religion network.
